Appréciation des stages Mph

Les appréciations que vous avez portées sur cette grille nous serviront à définir une partie de la note de stage de l'étudiant, laquelle pourra être portée à votre connaissance lors de la soutenance de l'étudiant. Pour information, la note globale de stage de l'étudiant sera calculée de la manière suivante :

• 30 % correspond à votre évaluation du stagiaire en entreprise (ce formulaire),
• 30 % à l'évaluation de sa soutenance de stage (évaluation à laquelle vous participerez),
• 30 % à la notation du rapport de stage,
• 10 % à la notation du carnet de bord de stage (par le tuteur IUT).

The appreciations you have entered on this grid will help us define a part of the work experience mark of the trainee, which could be disclosed to you during the oral presentation of the student. For information, the overall work experience mark of the trainee will be calculated as follows :

• 30 % corresponds to your assessment of the trainee’s work in your company (this form),
• 30 % corresponds to the assessment of his/her oral presentation of his/her work experience (the assessment you take part in),
• 30 % corresponds to the assessment of his/her report.
• 10 % corresponds to the assessment of his/her internship log book (by the teacher in charge of the trainee in the IUT)
